How do I pick my breakout sessions and am I locked into those I choose?

As soon as breakout sessions become available you will be contacted via email.  If you decide to change your breakout session choices please contact pdelp(at)northcoastchurch.com.

What if I want to switch one of the names on my registration?

No problem just let us know who will and will not be attending and we will make the switch.  You may contact pdelp(at)northcoastchurch.com to make this switch. 

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

We take cancellations on a case by case basis as we understand emergencies arise.  If cancelling 30 days prior to the conference date, we will refund your registration minus a $25.00 processing fee.  If received thereafter, please contact Patti Delp at (760)724-6700 x226 or pdelp(at)northcoastchurch.com.
