Though New York City offers its own unique challenges to engaging guests and bringing them back to church, The Journey Church manages to do it. The church is intentional about taking guests’ guard down before the service begins and knows that everything from the Web site and parking lot to the bulletin and bathrooms speaks to guests. As a result, The Journey Church continues to grow and retain visitors.
