When someone visits the church, he is called within 24 hours. Within 48 hours, a cell group leader meets with the visitor and over the next five weeks, forges a relationship. Once a visitor has made a decision to follow Christ and join a weekly cell group, she is invited to a three-day retreat. This formal structure ensures that no visitor gets lost in the crowd. As a result, most visitors join, then eventually lead, a cell group that ushers them into the life of the church.
